Hiding the Filter icon in the Dashboard view

The following parameter and value are used to specify whether the Filter icon is hidden or visible in the Dashboard view. Because the default value for this parameter is "true", the Filter icon will remain visible even if this variable is not explicitly set.

This is a UI setting for an individual element. It can be overridden by a feature-level setting.
