Removing a Button from a Toolbar

This topic provides step-by-step instructions on removing a button from an existing toolbar on a MicroStrategy Web page. Changes to a toolbar affect every instance of the toolbar.

1. Launch the Web Customization Editor.  

2. Click on MicroStrategy Web Configuration inside the Application Settings view to expand the hierarchical tree. The expanded list comprises the different settings that can be modified to perform customizations.  

3. Click on Toolbars to expand the list of toolbars used in MicroStrategy Web.  

4. Click the toolbar from which you wish to remove the button.  

5. Right-click the toolbar button you wish to remove and select Delete.  

6. Click Yes to confirm that you wish to delete the toolbar button.  

7. Save your changes.
